it for time or temperature related issues. We test for basic operation for one minute at full RPM

Our attention to detail is second to none, scroll to bottom and view photos of plastic sleeve and washer provided to help stop corrosion at mounting ears.
Our full service includes:
- Complete disassembly, ultrasonic and manual parts cleaning
- Component testing
- New battery / starter and ground cables
- Taylor 8mm high quality silicone jacket, STRANDED SILVER TINNED WIRE CORE plug cable replacement system
- MSD stainless terminals with silicone boots
- All new wiring harnesses WITH OEM CONNECTORS or other types as requested
- BILGE POWER OUTPUT HARNESS, if desired
- New connectors installed on CDI, relay, rectifier/regulator as required
- Glass bead blasting to remove ALL traces of corrosion on die cast part.
- High quality 2 component coating, heat cured.
- New stainless Allen or cap head fasteners inside
- Cover screws replaced as required with correct OEM screws
- Improved grounding system
- Improved +12 distribution system
- New blade fuse harness, spare fuse
- spacer and longer ground fastener to better fit a MSD or other performance CDI
