Please contact us at info@jetskisolutions.com and advise the condition of your rack. Photos are required so we can determine if the carbs can be normally rebuilt, or require restoration / remanufacture type service. If your carbs have any peeling finish and corrosion outside and / or corrosion inside, they will require remanufacture service. Our service is first class. Carbs are completely dis-assembled and every single part is processed,stripped of paint, cleaned, polished, bead blasted, recoated, etc and prepared for final assembly with all new OEM Mikuni and Yamaha parts. All passages and check valves are tested and proofed. Remanufacture service includes machining the round pump check valve seats and pump block surfaces to ensure proper sealing and function. Stainless Throttle shafts are machined and hand fit to the bores for proper clearance. Shaft seals are replaced, All mixture plugs removed. Holes are Tapped for provided 316 stainless Allen head screws to plug holes after any final mixture adjustments. Normally, adjustments are not required.
